The Meadow London Core-Plus Fund LP (the "Core-Plus Fund") invests discretionary sovereign wealth capital. The Core-Plus Fund targets high quality, well-located properties that are mispriced (e.g. due to an inefficient lease structure), as well as properties in locations that are undergoing significant structural change (e.g. those close to major infrastructure projects).
Given its lower risk profile, the Core-Plus Fund tends to have relatively long-term hold periods.
